Replace the product at no additional cost, OR
Issue a full refund

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Product must be in original sealed packaging
Provide documentation of the quality issue if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to integrity and contamination concerns inherent to research compounds.

Shipping Issues

Lost or significantly delayed packages will be reshipped or refunded at our discretion.
